Alangalila Dua is a well-maintained property, primarily used as a family holiday retreat. It is located in the village of Labuan Amuk, just around the headland from Padang Bai, where ferries and fast boats depart for Lombok and the Gili Islands. Labuan Amuk is home to Bali’s best snorkeling reef.

Recently fully renovated, the villa is in excellent condition. Its design maximizes natural airflow with an open layout and the smart use of timber louvers, ensuring both privacy and ventilation.

The property is terraced along a gently sloping hillside, offering beautiful views of the surrounding tropical vegetation.

The buildings are spread across multiple levels:

First Level: The main living, dining, and kitchen areas overlook a 14-meter lap pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a five-burner gas stove and oven, a new fridge/freezer, and ample storage space. This level also features a bedroom with an en-suite garden bathroom, a laundry room with a second fridge, a separate guest toilet, and a carport.

Second Level: Two separate bedrooms, one single-story and the other two-story, both with private garden bathrooms.

Third Level: A spacious study with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. This level also includes additional land, offering potential for future development or the option to leave it as is, with banana trees.

Fourth Level: An underdeveloped area boasting breathtaking views, offering even more possibilities for expansion.

Although many tourists visit Labuan Amuk daily for snorkeling, the village currently has no hotels or homestays. Our caretaker and friend, Ketut Mudiarta, runs the well-known snorkeling business Ketut’s Hideaway on the beach.
