Located in west Sumba, this plot (#10) is one of 27 magnificent plots of land we propose in this area with breathtaking views over the Flores sea.

Until just a few months ago, these plots were out of reach by car, but the recent opening of a new beach road allowed an easy access within only 25 minutes from the airport. 

Each plot runs along the cliff, with 30 to 100 meters (100 to 330 feet) of each being cliff-facing.

The surface of each plot ranges from 1,800 to 4,700 square meters (18 to 47 ara).

Depending on the plot, cliff heights range from 3 to 6 meters. The listed plot (#10) is 30 meter wide and 59 meters deep. In several spots, there is an easy descent to the Flores sea, and its swimming and snorkeling.
