ear the beautiful Melasti Beach in the southern part of Bali, the first shovel has been put into the ground for the development of luxury villas.

This complex will consist of three types of villas: Superior, Deluxe, and Executive.

In this listing, we are covering the Executive type.

The Executive type is the largest villa in this complex, spanning three floors. The futuristic design is combined with flowing curves, both in the exterior and around the pool. Thanks to these curves, the overall appearance is harmonious, and the villa doesn't resemble a square box.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious garage large enough for two cars. Going upstairs, we reach the living area. 

This expansive area is separated by the staircase located centrally in the living room. On one side is the sitting room, with sliding doors opening to the large terrace. On the other side of the stairs is the spacious kitchen with a cooking island. A pantry is placed in one corner, and a guest toilet completes this floor.

On the second floor, there are four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two out of the four bedrooms have their own built-in wardrobes. Large floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light into the bedrooms.

The villas are being constructed a short distance from Melasti Beach, an attractive location that is quickly gaining popularity in the southern part of Bali. Most amenities, such as shops, restaurants, and schools, are easily accessible from the villas within a reasonable timeframe.

The expected completion date for the villas is around November 2024.
