This villa design may look familiar to you, and that’s no coincidence. We previously offered similar villas in Pererenan. However, the same developer is now offering a new version of these villas in Pecatu, with some updates from the original design. Let’s go over these changes.

Starting with the ground floor, not much has changed from the initial layout. This level is divided into two main areas. At the front, you’ll find the living room with an open kitchen. Large sliding doors open onto the terrace and swimming pool.

At the back of the villa is the first bedroom—a spacious room with its own en-suite bathroom. This bedroom is having a high ceiling.

On the first floor, a change has been made to the staircase. In the previous design, there was only a spiral staircase, but now you can access the upper floor via a regular staircase, which is also partially covered. This means you can stay dry even during a tropical rain shower.

The second bedroom is on this floor, also with an en-suite bathroom. Although this bathroom is slightly smaller than in the previous design, the balcony has been expanded considerably. Where there was previously only room for two chairs, the wider balcony now offers more seating space.

A total of three villas are being built. Villa A has been sold as of November 2024. 

Villa B includes a private sauna, while Villa C does not have this feature. However, both villas come with their own small ice bath next to the large swimming pool. Each villa also has a spacious terrace for enjoying the surroundings to the fullest.

The villas are located in Pecatu, close to several beaches and luxury hotels. This area is currently very popular and rapidly developing. Small businesses are tapping into this trend, opening new restaurants and cafes that add to the lively atmosphere.
