In recent years we regularly receive requests for real estate in the Sidemen area. Understandable. It is a beautiful area where many people want to enjoy the tranquility. But Sidemen is not the only beautiful place here in Bali. In this listing we offer 2 Lumbung houses that are perhaps located in a much nicer place.

In Manggis, East Bali, we can offer this object; 2 Sumatran Lumbung houses, each with a fantastic panorama. Both houses have their own view. The left house overlooks mountains, rice fields and a part of the ocean. The right house has a view over rice fields, mountains and looks into a valley. What's more beautiful? Both houses are almost identical. They differ only in minor details. For example, the left house has a normal shower. 

Each house consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living area including open kitchen. The first bedroom and bathroom are also on the ground floor.

On the first floor we find the 2nd bedroom.

Both Lumbung houses are made entirely of wood.

Next to both houses is a large gazebo where you can relax and let the surroundings take effect.

The houses are separated by a wall. You can consider demolishing a part of this wall and installing a swimming pool.

Each house has its own entrance, which makes it attractive for example to live in 1 house and rent out the other. Each home has its own fast internet connection, making the home ideal for a digital nomad. But the peaceful environment also invites visitors who want to relax here, read a good book and just enjoy the traditional life that goes on around the houses.

The houses can be reached via a narrow path that leads past a few local houses. A motorbike can be parked at the house itself. Some land nearby has been rented by the current owner so you can park a car nearby the houses.
