Sanur is rapidly developing. There is a lot of construction, and recently, the new Icon shopping mall has opened. Additionally, the new hospital will soon be operational. Many people are enthusiastic about Sanur's development and the increasing amenities it offers. However, there is also a group of people who feel that Sanur is becoming too crowded. For these people, we now offer these modern, spacious 3-bedroom villas.

This future complex consists of five villas, located in Saba. Each villa will feature a large garden. Saba itself is a beautiful, green area with expansive rice fields and the beach nearby. Another advantage is that both Sanur and Ubud are within a reasonable distance. In short, it’s an ideal location to live or to rent out your villa.

The villas are all single-story, making them particularly suitable for older couples. Furthermore, the villas are divided into different sections. Starting at the entrance, you will find ample space to park a car and potentially a motorbike. Through a gate, you enter the villa.

Upon entering the garden, you immediately see a small water feature. On the right side is the living area, which consists of a seating area, an open kitchen, and a space for the dining table. Additionally, this living area has a guest toilet.

From the living room, you walk to the next building, which contains two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

In the center of the garden is the swimming pool, with a sunken seating area next to the water. This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sunny days in Bali. The pool is surrounded by a terrace where you can also sit.

Opposite the two bedrooms is a separate building with the third bedroom. Of course, this bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. This offers the possibility to rent out this bedroom while keeping the rest of the villa for yourself. Or vice versa: use this bedroom yourself and rent out the other two rooms. This way, you can start your own Bed & Breakfast.

The entire construction will take approximately 12 months.
