The living area is located on the long-left side of the villa. This section is clearly split into 3 parts; the sitting room, dining room and spacious kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a pantry. The guest toilet can also be found here.

Both bedrooms are spacious. Each of these bedrooms has its own bathroom. The bathroom has a glass roof through which a lot of light streams in.

A sliding door gives access to the garden where the long swimming pool is located with a small pool deck next to it. There is an outdoor shower so you can rinse off the chlorine after a swim.
