On the west side of Sanur, a complex of 7 townhouses is currently under construction. 2 of these residences have 3 bedrooms each, while the remaining 5 townhouses have 2 bedrooms each.

2 Bedroom Townhouses

This type of dwelling features a rectangular design and comprises 2 floors. Upon entry, you step directly into the kitchen and dining area. To the left is the staircase leading to the first floor. Also on the ground floor is the living room, with a wall designated for placing the television. Behind this wall is a storage space. In the garden, there's a 3 x 4 meter swimming pool adjacent to a pool deck. On the first floor, you'll find the 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there's extra storage space on this floor. The master bedroom also has a small balcony.

3 Bedroom Townhouses
