This villa consists of two separate bungalows. In the past, both bungalows were rented out separately. The current residents now use the bungalows as their permanent residence. The choice is yours on how you would like to use the bungalows in the future.

Let's start with the current situation. We begin with the right bungalow. This bungalow is currently used as a living area. In the bungalow, you will find a spacious modern kitchen. Directly next to the kitchen is the equally spacious living room. At the back of the villa, you will find a complete bathroom with a toilet and shower. Additionally, there is an extra room that currently functions as an office. This office also has an extra bathroom. In front of the bungalow is a small covered terrace.

Moving on to bungalow number two, we see an identical structure. However, the layout is completely different. 

This bungalow has a large master bedroom. Behind this bedroom, there is a spacious room that can serve as a walk-in closet. Additionally, there is a private en-suite bathroom. Next to the master bedroom is bedroom number two. This bedroom has its own entrance from the terrace. Connected to this guest bedroom is bedroom number three. From this last bedroom, you can access the extra bathroom. Since these two bedrooms are connected, they are ideal for parents with very young children.

Between the two bungalows is the saltwater pool. There is no shortage of storage space in this villa. Between the two bungalows, there is a building that serves as storage. Behind it, there is a room where the water pumps are housed and where the pool materials are stored. And as if that wasn't enough, there are two additional storage rooms on each side of the pool. Both bungalows have their own garage, each of which can easily park two cars.

So much for the current situation of the property. However, in the past, the bungalows served as rental homes. Each bungalow then had its own small living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It would be possible to restore the homes to this state. Another option would be to run the entire property as a Bed & Breakfast. Use the right bungalow for your own residence. The office space would need to be converted into a bedroom. The wall between this office and the en-suite bathroom should be opened up to include it in this bedroom; otherwise, the space would be quite small. The left bungalow could then be used for rental. We should note that there is currently no rental license for the villa. A notary can clarify whether this rental license can be obtained.

The villa's entrance is located on a private street that you share only with your neighbors at the end of the street. The property is located on a side street of Kutat Lestari. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a wide choice of small warungs and other eateries. From the villa, you can drive to the nearest beach in Sanur in about 10 minutes. Sanur also offers a wide range of shops, international schools, and other entertainment options. Everything is within a reasonable distance.
