Another option would be to run the entire property as a Bed & Breakfast. Use the right bungalow for your own residence. The office space would need to be converted into a bedroom. The wall between this office and the en-suite bathroom should be opened up to include it in this bedroom; otherwise, the space would be quite small. The left bungalow could then be used for rental. We should note that there is currently no rental license for the villa. A notary can clarify whether this rental license can be obtained.
The villa's entrance is located on a private street that you share only with your neighbors at the end of the street. The property is located on a side street of Kutat Lestari. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a wide choice of small warungs and other eateries. From the villa, you can drive to the nearest beach in Sanur in about 10 minutes. Sanur also offers a wide range of shops, international schools, and other entertainment options. Everything is within a reasonable distance.
