After the living area you will have 2 luxurious bedrooms. Each bedroom is having its own en-suite bathroom. These bathrooms are separate with the bedroom by a large glass wall. All bathrooms are equipped with a rain-shower and a large bathtub.

The villas are finished with quality materials and are well decorated.

The villas are located in a side street of the Legian Street. Although this is a very busy street, you hear no noise of traffic in this resort. The villas have been finished during the corona time. For this reason, we don’t have any figures on occupancy rates or rental income. Owners are allowed to live permanent in the villas but it is also possible to ask the management to take care of rentals.
