The villas are located on a small street. This is a dead-end street. Since the villas are being built almost at the end of this street, there will be little traffic, ensuring peace and quiet.

Each villa consists of a total of 3 floors. The villas are built in an L-shape. Upon entering the villas, you will find a guest toilet immediately to the right. A bit further is the entrance to the villa. Upon entering the villa, you will be in the kitchen.

This kitchen is built in a corner and offers enough space to showcase your cooking skills. An island kitchen is available. Next to the kitchen, space has been created for the dining table.

Turning the corner, you enter the living area. Here you will find a sunken seating area.

To avoid a sterile look, a separate open corner has been made where some tropical plants can grow. This green corner will form a refreshing contrast with the rest of the living room.

From the living room, you can access the first bedroom. This bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Sliding doors provide access to the terrace and the pool.

On the first floor, you can reach the 2 bedrooms via the hallway. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms and additionally, the master bedroom has its own private balcony.

This is not all. There is another floor available. Each villa has its own large rooftop terrace. Part of this terrace is covered, and for sun lovers, there is an open area. Enjoy this spot with the setting sun that you can see sinking into the sea. Additionally, there is a bar on this floor. You will also find the laundry room and extra storage space here.

In the garden, a pool with a pool deck is available. Place a few lounge chairs here, and you can relax in the sun after your refreshing swim. Each villa has its own parking space.

From the villa, you can walk to the main street in a few minutes. Here you will find a very wide selection of shops and restaurants. You can reach the beach in about 10 minutes by motorbike. If you are looking for an even wider selection of restaurants, Seminyak is a short distance from the villas. Within a 15-minute drive, you will find a very wide choice of dining options. Several international schools are within a reasonable distance from the villas.
