Upon entering, we first find a parking space large enough for a car or several motorcycles.

When you enter the villa, you'll find a guest toilet on your right.

The entire ground floor comprises the living area. Here you will find the open modern kitchen, including an island that serves as a dining table. Next to the dining area is the sunken seating area.

Also on this floor, you will find a separate storage room, including a connection for a washing machine.

The villa is being built in Beraban, a village located a reasonably short distance from the Tanah Lot temple. The emerging area and beach of Kedungu can also be reached within a few minutes’ drive. Canggu itself is about a 20 to 30-minute drive from the villa. Restaurants, bars, and shops are within reasonable proximity to the villa. However, you do not live in the hustle and bustle of Canggu but in a quiet environment.
