The resort

The resort is consisting of some various buildings.

The main building is having some different levels.

The lowest floor is offering the space the gym, a sauna and a steam bath.

The middle floor is having a large living room with windows all around, offering you views to almost every direction. Next to the living is the first bedroom, the smallest in the resort, still having its own bathroom and all facilities.

The upper floor is presenting the master bedroom. Also this bedroom is having windows all around and a balcony in front. Also from this place you will have the best views. The master bathroom is huge, offering all you want.

On this same floor is an additional living room, which easy can be used as a library or office.

Next to the main building is the swimming pool. Not simply a pool but a swimming pool in which you can swim. Total size of the pool is 132m2 (20m x 6.5m). As the resort it located at a higher altitude, the swimming pool can be heated to maximal 30 degrees.

Along the pool you will find a bar and an immense gazebo. Around the pool area you will have 3 bungalows. All having view to the valley and the mountains. Each of the bungalow is having their own en-suite bathrooms and all facilities you can wish.

You think you will get bored on this place? Not possible. There is a mini-golf in the garden, a special wooden building which is providing accommodation to the spa.

An other wooden building is the lounge area where you can play billiard, darts or table football.

It is possible that you get hungry after a whole day spending your time in this resort. In that case the restaurant is offering top quality meals.

In the resort you will find real antiques from all over Indonesia, some pieces shouldn't be misplaced in a museum. Most of these antiques will stay behind.

The resort can accommodate maximum 15 guests at a time. Next to the resort is still some land for sale (approx. 2 x 1300m2).

A future investor in this resort can consider to buy this extra land and if necessary you can build some additional villas on it.

Location

This resort is located about half an hour driving North of Ubud. From the resort you will have dramatic 270 degrees views of the rice fields, forest, gorge and of course especially in the morning a clear view on Mount Agung.
