This property comprises two buildings. Let's start with the largest and oldest part. This is a traditional Balinese home that, despite being over 30 years old, has been well-maintained. This means you'll find a solid home here, built during a time when houses were designed for living rather than solely for profit.
The property spans two floors. Beginning on the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room with a dining area. Under the stairs, a space has been created that currently serves as a spacious kitchen, complete with a pantry and ample storage.

Alternatively, open the doors to the balcony and allow a refreshing breeze to flow in. Naturally, this room also has its own bathroom, and there's a walk-in closet space behind the bed.
Your guests have their own kitchen and seating area on the ground floor of the second building. Here, they can prepare simple meals if desired. A guest toilet is also available.
Next to the second building, you'll find the pool. It may not be Olympic-sized, but it's perfect for cooling off after a hot day. There are sunbeds by the pool, and an outdoor shower is provided. The entire area is surrounded by a lush tropical garden with various plant species. Despite the villa's proximity to a main road just a few meters away, you'll experience tranquility and feel like you're in a green oasis.
The villa is located in Mas. From the villa, it takes about 10 minutes to drive to South Ubud. In the immediate vicinity, within walking distance, you'll find numerous local and a few Western restaurants. Access to the villa is possible on foot or by motorbike, a common situation in the Ubud area.
The villa is offered with a freehold property title. However, it's also possible to obtain a 25-year lease on this villa. The choice is yours. A rental license ('pondok wisata') is available, and furniture is included, allowing you to continue the villa's rental immediately.
