The villa is built in an L-shape. Upon entering the characteristic gate, you arrive at the living area. This living area consists of a very spacious living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen features a cooking island with bar stools. The living room has a beautifully finished high ceiling with wood accents.

Not only the ceiling but also the kitchen and sliding doors are finished with wood. All of this, combined with the modern white appearance, creates a warm and harmonious atmosphere. Next to the kitchen, there is an additional storage space that can also serve as a pantry. Additionally, there is a guest toilet.

The villa has a total of 3 bedrooms. One of these bedrooms can be accessed from the garden, while the other 2 are accessed from the living room.
