In Penestanan, we offer this cozy and romantic house surrounded by a relatively small garden. However, the lack of a large garden is more than compensated by the spacious terraces this house provides.

The house consists of two floors.

As usual, let's start on the ground floor. Upon entering, you immediately step onto a large covered terrace. This is likely where you'll spend most of your time, enjoying the peaceful outdoor life that Penestanan has to offer. Even during a tropical rainstorm, you can comfortably stay here.

Inside, you'll find a spacious living room. Just after entering, a small set of stairs leads to the open kitchen. This spacious kitchen includes a storage room where a washing machine can also be placed.

The first bedroom, complete with a walk-in closet, is also located on the ground floor. A bathroom with a bathtub completes this level.

On the upper floor, you'll find the second bedroom, also with its own bathroom. As a bonus, there’s a large balcony with views over the rice fields in front of the house.

The house is located in Penestanan and is only accessible on foot. If you have a motorbike, you will need to park it nearby. The main advantage of this location is that there is no traffic noise, ensuring a tranquil environment.

For your daily groceries, the Bintang supermarket is just five minutes away. For a morning coffee or fresh juice, you can visit Yellow Flower Café, also just a five-minute walk. For yoga, you are welcome at Intuitive Flow, which is practically next door to the café.

You can reach the center of Ubud in about 30 minutes. Note that all times mentioned are walking distances from the house. With so many amenities nearby, you hardly need any transportation.

The house comes with a lease that runs until early 2034. It is possible to extend the lease. This lease makes the house attractive for someone looking to experience life near Ubud for a relatively short period and at an appealing price.
