The villa is built using a combination of traditional architectural styles. At the center of the home is a Joglo structure, with two Limasan-style houses attached at either end. This results in an attractive villa with a classic design.

The Joglo section houses the living room, with an open kitchen located behind it. The high ceiling is a hallmark of the Joglo style. At the front of the house, there is a covered terrace, ideal for placing a dining table, for example.

The two Limasan sections accommodate the two bedrooms. These are almost identical, each with sliding doors that open onto the terrace. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, which are partially open. Additionally, one of the bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub.
