Southeast Asia Business Advisors (S.A.B.A) is a boutique advisory firm based in Bali, Indonesia. We are dedicated to representing investors (corporate and individual) in their initial and ongoing investments throughout Indonesia, with focus on Bali and Nusa Tenggara region, as well as their investments in the ASEAN region. We also represent funds, financial institutions, trusts, and other entities in general business matters.
All of our partners and associates were trained at international law firms or internationally operating companies. We work closely with sophisticated in-house counsels on complex transactions often involving inter-country structures and complex holding structures.
Over time, we began to see that there is a need in the Indonesian marketplace for top-tier, experienced advisors, who could represent individuals and businesses and guide them through the often-complex framework of foreign direct investment. Our combination of sector expertise, commercial attitude and in-depth regional understanding provides a unique perspective.
