For those that love a site with a plentitude of unique features like a small cliff, a big tree in the sea, a clean white private beach and a small forest, we have this beautiful plot on offer.

With almost 20.000 square metres and a beachfront of more than 250 metres this plot offers some of the best features on offer in Sumba Timur.

Located at appr. 30 km out of town, we find this beachfront property. What stands out immediately when we arrive, is the natural stone fencing that surrounds the plot. After we enter the entrance gate there is a driveway of around 30 metres to a small house that is put up by the current owner that uses this as a retreat on weekends. Here is electricity and water installed.

The house looks from a cliff down to the quiet sea that separates Flores from this northside shore of Sumba.

The beach below this cliff is of excellent fine white sand and there are multiple stairways going down from the house to get there. 

West from this house the plot is still on a plateau and becomes more vegetated by some very big old trees. The view here is more blocked by a mangrove forest that lays in front of this edge of the plot.

When we look east from the house we have to look down, for the plot levels out to the sea and there is a small road that enables you to drive down there with your car as well. This is useful if you want to bring in a boat over land (like is done by the current owner). For now this side of the plot is still covered with a lot of trees but there is plenty of space to put up some nice beach cottages here. 

Neighbouring the well known Cemara Beach Resort, is a good indicator about the quality of the natural elements that this region has to offer. This shoreline certainly has the commercial potential to benefit from by developing a resort that can offer unique sceneries, nearby tourist attractions like the Tanggedu Waterfall really attracts people to this area.
