Beneath the hill of Hambapraing in East Sumba lies a vast white beach that, due to its somewhat secluded position, feels like a hidden treasure waiting to be discovered.

The plot, which is nearly 1 hectare in size, is entirely flat and has a sandy soil covered with grass. What immediately stands out is the high rocky cliff at the back of the property and the pine trees directly on the beach. These provide ample shade from the sun and wind, adding a unique touch to the expansive coastline.

Even at high tide, the beach remains fairly wide, and the fine white sand is exactly what most people find so appealing. Because this coastline is far from the city and juts out relative to nearby beaches, it is difficult for pollution, such as plastic from the sea, to wash up here. The beach is therefore already very clean!

As we drive towards the property, it becomes immediately clear that the area is under development. The road to the beach is being worked on.

Additionally, the connection to the main road is being expanded with an extra road, allowing access to the location from both the west and the east. On a few plots next to the land we offer, construction is already underway on accommodations. A traditional Sumbanese villa is already standing about a kilometer away. These are all indicators of the development of this coastline and the potential it holds. In a few years, we expect more investors to settle here and help develop the region.

Electricity is not yet available, but it will certainly be extended as more developments occur in this area. There is no water source yet, but a well can be drilled.

The total land area is 8,272 m², but including the beach zoning, the plot is larger than 1 hectare. For many people, this size of land might be too much. However, you could also invest in this piece of land. Use a portion for your future villa and leave the rest of the land untouched as it is now. The expectation is that in a few years, land prices in this region will be significantly higher. You can then sell the remaining land for a substantial profit.
