In West Sumba, we offer various villas in a new beachfront complex consisting of a total of 20 units. This beachfront development will also feature a lobby, restaurant, and spa and wellness center. A total of 10 studios will be constructed. These studios are part of villas that are split in the middle, creating two separate studios per villa. Each studio has its own private entrance for maximum privacy.

All properties in this project come with an 80-year lease. This not only allows you to generate rental income during this period but also to benefit from the land's value appreciation. Should you decide to sell your property after a few years, you can expect a higher resale price than your initial purchase price. All units are delivered fully furnished.

Owners are entitled to stay in their villa for 15 days per year at no cost. If you wish to stay longer, you will pay 50% of the regular nightly rental rate. Permanent residence is possible in consultation with the developer and management. Additionally, owners can enjoy discounted rates at the restaurant and wellness facilities.

The complex is located in West Sumba, just an hour's flight from Bali. There are multiple flights per week, and from the airport, it’s just under an hour's drive to the location. As an owner, you will receive complimentary transfers to and from the airport.

The project management estimates a net ROI of approximately 15%. They also handle the maintenance and cleaning of your villa, ensuring a hassle-free investment.

The complex is being built on nearly 2 hectares of beachfront land, which has already been acquired. Construction is expected to start in February 2025, with completion scheduled for July 2026.
