The villas are offered with an 80-year lease period, providing an excellent opportunity to generate rental income and benefit from potential property value appreciation. When reselling in the future, your investment’s value is likely to have increased significantly. The villas are delivered fully furnished.

Owners are entitled to 15 free nights per year in their villa. If you wish to stay longer, you’ll pay half the standard rental rate per night. Permanent residence can be discussed with the developer and management. As an owner, you will also receive discounts on restaurant and wellness facilities.

The resort is located in West Sumba, just an hour’s flight from Bali. Several weekly flights make this destination highly accessible. From the airport, it’s about a one-hour drive to the resort. Airport transfers are included for owners.

The management team anticipates a net return on investment (ROI) of approximately 15%. Maintenance and cleaning of the villa are fully handled by the team, allowing you to enjoy a hassle-free experience.

Construction of the resort will begin in February 2025, with completion expected by July 2026. The nearly 2-hectare beachfront property has already been acquired.
